With 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 18 guests with contemporary amenities and 5-star comfort. The villas feature expansive living areas, a fully-equipped kitchen, and outdoor heated pools.

Our 9-bedroom, 9-bathroom villas offer 5-star comfort and can accommodate up to 18 guests. The spacious, opulent, and elegant suites come equipped with all the contemporary amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The living rooms, bar, and dining areas are expansive and perfect for entertaining, while the finest kitchens boast cutting-edge appliances and all the necessary amenities.

For ultimate privacy and peace of mind, our villas come with excellent security features including an electric fence, CCTV cameras linked to an offsite monitoring service, and an alarm linked to an armed response. You can relax knowing that you and your guests are safe and secure.

Enjoy a fibre internet connection with no bandwidth cap, so you can stay connected while you’re away from home. Our villas are serviced by a full-time housekeeper and groundskeeper Monday through Friday, and weekend and holiday service is available upon request.

You will have access to the entire property which includes both Villas.

Constantia is a wine-producing suburb of Cape Town, South Africa. The Constantia Wine Route links the many wineries dotting the Constantia Valley. Housed in a 17th-century wine estate, Groot Constantia Homestead and Wine Museum includes a manor house with 18th- and 19th-century furnishings, plus collections of drinking vessels and carriages. The Constantia Greenbelt network includes the tree-lined Alphen Trail.

Please note the pool heating is switched off during the winter months. (May – August) It can be switched on upon request and is dependant on the weather.
