All bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment (as specified at the time of booking) has been received. By making a booking, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
Refunds for cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in:
Eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable processing or transaction fees.
Cancellations made 15–29 days before check-in:
Eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in:
No refund will be issued.
No-shows or early departures:
No refunds will be provided.
In the unlikely event that we must cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive:
A full refund, or
The option to reschedule or move to a comparable property (subject to availability)
The following are non-refundable:
Service fees
Bank or payment processing fees
Last-minute bookings (as specified at checkout)
Promotional or discounted bookings (unless otherwise stated)
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 7–14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you experience any issues during your stay, you must notify us immediately so we can attempt to resolve the matter. Refund requests after check-out will be considered only in exceptional circumstances.
We are not liable for refunds due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or travel bans.
